Who Do You Call?

The Alliance of Women Owned Businesses (AWOB) has the answer:  The Tax Busters!  A panel of three top-notch experts in  Financial Planning, Accounting and Tax Law who are ready to offer their expertise on the complexities of tax issues and how to avoid them.

The panel appears at AWOB’s monthly Power Series get-together on March 11, 5:30 pm at The INN at Gig Harbor, and is open to members and first-time guests at no cost.  Returning guests are $25.

The panel  features Tax-Time information and Q&A responses from experts:

Beverly Cox, Certified Financial Planner with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, offers personalized big picture thinking that is creative and in tune with each client’s particular needs. She works with small business owners, individuals and families to design financial solutions that may include insurance, investments, budgeting, cash flow, retirement, income and legacy planning.

Shawn Gagnon, Certified Public Accountant is a 1998 graduate of Central Washington University and has been  with Weinard & Associates, CPAs as an associate and shareholder in the company.  She has spoken regionally before a number of professional organizations in the fields of accounting, finance and the law, and is an active member of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce.

Lamont C. Loo, Attorney at Law is President of Davies Pearson, P.C. in Tacoma, a firm of 21 attorneys .  Lamont’s practice focuses on business transactions and estate planning.  He has been practicing law for 19 years, and has spoken frequently on topics relating to estate planning.
